Shipping

At Born With Nature, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at bornwithnature@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

No Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

Due to the nature of babywear products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed or delivered.

The only exception is if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing bornwithnature@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Two or more photographs clearly showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If the claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:

Replace the damaged or defective product (subject to stock availability), or
Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product must not show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Shipping Cost

For approved damaged or defective product claims, Born With Nature will provide instructions regarding the return or replacement process. Any applicable shipping arrangements will be communicated during the claim review.
